T03-01 Main Spar Assembly. Cut some MDF to use as backing/form for the assembly. Clamped the Main Spar Channels (T03-04) and Main Spar Fitting (T03-02) to the MDF Table and 6ft level. The level was used to keep the assembly straight. Drilled the #40 pilot holes in the Main Spar Channels using the Main Spar Fitting to locate the holes. Clecoed the assembly to the MDF as the holes were drilled. Removed the clecos. Deburred all the holes. Reassembled with the clecos and without the MDF. Used the level to be sure the assembly is straight.
