Drilled the 3/16th holes in the W21-11 Aileron Bellcrank Plate. Installed the AN3-14 bolts an Pivot Bushings per the plans. Made the two laminated phenolic spacer blocks W21-05 and W21-08. | 2/14/2012 | Wing | W21 | W14 W21 | W14 Wing Rib Installation - Finished fitting the rear spar to the right wing assembly. Updrilled all holes on the rear spar to #30 size. Removed the rear spar. Deburred all holes on the rear spar and aft ribs. W21 Aileron Bellcrank and Aft Rib #9 Assembly - Cut plastic shims for the Bellcrank Assemblies. I also cut -09 angles and marked the location for the pilot holes. Also cut to length -13 and -14 Fws and Aft Verical channels. | Photos Shop-Video |

I also drilled the pilot holes in the -13 and -14 Fwd and Aft Vertical Channels for the right hand rib #9 assembly. I then clamped -14 Aft Channel to the rib and drilled the #40 holes. After that I did the same for -13 Fwd Channel. I clamped -02R Right Hand Bellcrank Pivot Assembly to the rib and drilled the #40 holes.
