F26-04 Upper Horizontal Splice Plate.
The basic shaped stock was provided with the kit. I used the drill press to clean out the pilot holes. I also used files and the scotch brite wheel to add the 1/16th inch chamfer as required per the plans. Files and the scotch brite wheel were also used to clean, polish and debur all the edges.
